If you are running late for your appointment, please call or text us to let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late,we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge a fee of $20.
If you arrive after 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no show and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
Non-refundable and CANNOT be applied towards future services.
If you cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours
notice prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount
